MOBILE APP USERS

  • In-app notification triggered to inform e-invoice is ready to be viewed.
  • Users can view and pay for the invoice in-app.
  • If clarification required, user can either chat or call the service center

NON-MOBILE APP CUSTOMERS

  • Customers will receive e-invoice via email with SMS notification.
  • A stripe payment link will be included in the email for customers to click and pay online.
  • If clarification required, customers could call the service center using the call icon shown in the email.

SERVICE ADVISORS

  • No additional steps required as WHIP platform will automatically receive the invoice details from CDK.
  • Once an e-invoice is paid, service advisors will be notified in their WHIP Service web / app.
