  • Users will be notified when they receive a response.

NON-MOBILE APP CUSTOMERS

  • Chat is unavailable for non-app customers.

SERVICE ADVISORS

  • Users can receive or send a chat message to an app user anytime during the service in progress via Service web / app.
  • Users will be notified once there is a response from the customers.
  • Chat history is always visible in the service web/app & Nerv admin
    panel.
