- Chat is unavailable for non-app customers.
SERVICE ADVISORS
- Users can receive or send a chat message to an app user anytime during the service in progress via Service web / app.
- Users will be notified once there is a response from the customers.
- Chat history is always visible in the service web/app & Nerv admin
panel.
