- Users can choose to add the appointment into their mobile calendar for schedule management.
- Upcoming appointment summary is displayed on the home screen for easy tracking.
NON-MOBILE APP CUSTOMERS
- Appointments made through other channels will sync with the WHIP platform automatically.
- A booking confirmation email and SMS will be sent to customers with the link to download the app.
- Users can choose to add the appointment into their mobile calendar for schedule management.
BDC & SERVICE ADVISORS
- No change to current flow as all bookings, opcodes and remarks will
automatically be synced into CDK.
