MOBILE APP USERS
- Next service booking made by Service Advisor will automatically reflect in the app home upcoming service panel.
- If a service reminder date is set it will also show in home page Next Service panel
- A reminder notification will be sent 7 days before the date set.
NON-MOBILE APP CUSTOMERS
- A booking confirmation email and SMS will be sent to customers.
- A service reminder SMS will be triggered a day before service.
SERVICE ADVISOR
- Next service booking can be set using CDK or Service web/app.
- Next service reminder date & mileage can be set using Service web/app.
